What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?

If your item arrived to you damaged, we will send you a replacement for free! To start your request for replacement, please send an email with a picture of the damaged item to returns@serenesupplements.com or use the contactform here.

Will you refund the shipping charges on my parcel?

We want to make things right and we will ship your replacement product free of charge.

How much is shipping?

Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders over $50. For orders under $50, we offer a flat shipping fee of just $5. Your wellness, delivered with ease and affordability.
